Westfund Health Insurance is a not-for-profit organisation with 200+ staff across 12 vibrant sites Australia-wide. Call us old-fashioned, but witnessing business growth up close is thrilling. So we were pleased when Westfund chose Dapper for the Sunshine Coast office defit, make safe and makegood. This was ahead of their move to a new Maroochydore office with optimised floor space for their team’s activities.

The Dapper team stripped the floor back to its original form and disposed of flooring waste. We then performed an electrical defit, including removing security cameras, power and data boxes. Each internal wall was plastered, patched and painted. We removed all Westfund branding and signage, as well as the ceiling’s timber features, and also replaced the damaged ceiling tiles.

We installed new tactile fixtures for vision-impaired guests, and removed the partition walls, fixtures, cabinetry and shelving. Traffic control for skip bin collection was the next step, with extra care in organising a courier to transport the site’s TV, comms rack and security gear to Moranbah. We continued on to assist with elements of the new fitout for a seamless transition to the new location.
