Today’s offices call for more than static space. They call for sleek suites. Warm wayfinding. Private yet prestigious meeting rooms. KLM Solicitors is a prime example of a commercial property that blends aesthetics with efficient space usage for today’s age.

When KLM Solicitors reached out about their full office fitout, they’d already rallied some troops. Managing partner Kelli Martin’s father-in-law is an architect. Naturally, he’d drawn up the office fitout plans ahead of our first meeting. From here, we created a quote to breathe life into the space. 

First, an electrical disconnect and make safe of wall fixtures took place. Plus a plumbing disconnect and make safe of the kitchenette. Next the demolition of walls, doors and cabinetry made way for new plasterboard, walls and insulated batts. Wall construction for offices and meeting rooms plus cladding of a feature wall behind the reception desk created personality onsite. The supply and installation of six fixed panel glass partitions and power coated frames took place. As well as door installation and painting of all interior walls, doors and frames. Air conditioning services commenced before a final clean. 

The project was completed with the installation of extra power points, an alarm system and data cabling and points. Today, KLM Solicitors continues to thrive.
